Coventry...
10 points deducted, moved to Northampton supposedly temporarily, only just about managed to remain in existence.
But we are actually doing okay in the league all things considering. A leaky defence but we score goals for fun with anyone scoring.
Refuse to go to 'home' matches as like most City supporters, I hate our current owners (SISU - a hedge fund who nobody ever see) and believe Coventry should return to Coventry. The story is so complicated that most Cov fans don't even fully understand what is going on.
I, along with the rest of the Sky Blue faithful, will happily support the team at away games.
Oh yeah, and our club shop currently consists of a pop-up stall outside Tesco's. We don't have a new kit this year but apparently one is due to be released next Sunday?!
What a farce...

Mighty Rams - and before any reds go off on one about McClaren, I'd rather have a failed England manager than a failed Derby manager!

McClaren will be a failed Derby manager soon enough, then Rush can give Steve Cotterill a call...

I'd be more than happy for pretty much anyone to replace Sam Rush.

Even us Forest fans were surprised and a bit for sad for Nigel. Despite all the 'non-league Nigel' chants and him seemingly burning bridges with Forest a lot of fans, and especially us who are old enough to remember just how good a player he was, could never really bring ourselves to hate him. And he always managed to annoyingly raise the Derby players against us, Christmas 2010 being the only real exception.
You'll know more than me but I'm not sure what McClaren will be able to do better than Clough unless he gets money to spend and that seems likely only if you sell Will Hughes. And Schteve had money at Forest and bought Matt Derbyshire and Ishmael Miller.

I genuinely think we'll be no worse off, but agree If money ain't there that there is no hope.

SUFC sack Weir so who do you think will be the new manager? If the bookies are to be believed it's going to be Nigel Clough.

This week there was a competition run by Forest for pupils at local schools to design a poster for today's game. AND MY NIECE, ESME WON! You can read about it and see her poster here: www.nottinghamforest.co.uk/news/article/henris-eye-for-design-1117770.aspx
As a prize she was given free tickets for today's game and then, in a surprise, she was invited onto the pitch to be presented with this: In this age of money talking and player power even a miserable old sod like me couldn't help but smile at the reminder that football clubs are still a vital part of the community and when they make a seven-year-old child's day like they did today, then yeah, I'll take the disappointment on the pitch that usually comes my way because for most of us football isn't about winning trophies it's the little moments that make all the defeats worthwhile.

Aberdeen are having an up and down season every time we look like kicking on we get knocked back, played Celtic off the park and still got beat, Niall McGinn needs to find some form and then we could cement second spot but this is the best squad I've seen in 5 or 6 years remember the name Ryan Jack!!

I saw this on the Forest site and thought it was a lovely story. When I lived in Nottingham for a bit as a child I went to that school!
