Got mine. Went to Uni in Newcastle and my best mate from school lives there now, he's coming with. My first ever Embrace gig was at the Newcastle union, in 2000.

Well a few things from Sunday nights gig, one is that the setlist was setup more for the casual fan, with the first few songs being non new album songs, which was ok I guess but from the point of view of a fan I didn't mind the new songs. The other was the sound wasn't great, pretty awful to be honest, and I don't think it was Danny's voice as Richards voice and instruments were the same really. My wife's theory at the gig maybe explained this as the new songs sounded much better than the old in quality and maybe the arrangement was set up more for the more electronic sound of the new album, Quarters sounded great So not great but I don't think it was the fault of the band talent wise as musician's as they played their hearts out and to be honest once a few songs passed and a few pints we had a great time and I am really glad Embrace are back as I have missed them
