Does anyone else have a wallet full of thousands of those little voucher things you get every time you buy anything from Sainsburies, including petrol? They're always for useless stuff you never buy and last about three minutes from the issue date. I may put a request in to stop giving them to me. Save the trees! I would accept free wine as an alternative though. I always end up with vouchers that give me £9 off the next time I spend £60. I never spend that much. That or double points vouchers when I already get those. Gah.

Although seeing as Sainsburies is about 5 x the price of everywhere else (when they have stock of anything), spending £60 isn't hard :s

I hate Tesco with a passion; you have to watch pack sizes, offers etc and prices like a hawk and I can't be arsed. I'm using Aldi a lot for the basics these days - so cheap. Downside is that spazhand slows me down on the checkout and there's a fair few customers who appear to have skipped past the shower gel and deodorant aisle without popping any items in their trolley.

That last point is the one reason Ande won't shop in Aldi anymore!

Ruddy love Aldi, when we move it'll be just down the road, so I'll be able to go in all the time! Also, in Trowbridge, most of the town are in need of a hose down, so Aldi is no worse than anywhere else.

Aw I love Sainsburys! That's where we do our shopping! I make good use of the vouchers and save my nectar points for food at Christmas. :-)

Chocolate bars in the fridge? I don't get why you'd put them there. There are some chocolate bars I prefer straight from the fridge... I think I only really enjoy chocolate when it's been in the fridge - chocolate bars, chocolate biscuits. A mini mars straight from the fridge and glass of red wine (definitely NOT from the fridge!) = heaven

I love any English Supermarket. I'd be bankrupt if I lived there.

Listening to the sound of my baby girl breathing and making wee noises in her sleep might be the most beautiful sound I've ever heard.

This whole secret Gig thing is messing with my head, last night I dreamt that DC invited me to a secret gig. I had to be blind folded for the journey and when we got there we all (including the band) sat down to a huge roast dinner. Once we'd finished we all had to put lab coats and then walk to the gig venue and we were allowed entry on the basis that we were wearing the standard lab coat. At this point I decided that I was too stuffed to party so gave my lab coat to someone else and caught the train home.

Oddly enough, I already have a lab coat. Make of that what you will.

In other news, my plumber builder man can't start the bathroom for another week due to a death in the family :-(
Slightly frustrating but not really a great deal I can do except live with the whole contents of Plumbworld in the sodding living room for the duration.

At least you'll have one extra seat for guests
