Pretty sure it was SBE 2004, shortly before my best friend died suddenly and OON changed my life.

12 September 1998 at Doncaster Dome! Seems like ages ago, probably because it is!

My first show was SG#4 and #4.5 St. Agnes Head and Pilton Party amazing. Always a reason why I have a soft spot for older Coldplay songs too when Chris Martin played a mostly solo Acoustic set Me too, to all of that EDIT: That's a lie. I saw them in Dublin before then, I have a shocking memory.

Unfortunately due to my circumstances at the time I only ever got to see them once at DMH Leicester, it was special. My mate turned up wearing a parka riding a chopper and after the gig and much alcohol consumption proceeded to fall off said chopper... Amusing. Still one of my favourite birthday presents ever.

Embarrassingly, I have no idea! It was a loooong time ago, part of TGWO tour. Is there a gig archive list anywhere? I would love to figure out exactly how many times and where I have seen them.

March 2nd, 2004 Cambridge Corn Exchange. I took my daughter, who was 13, to her first gig and we had to drive through a snow storm to get there.

I remember the snow and thinking that if I had good sense I'd go home rather than risk horrible driving conditions. That was the night I met Claud and Jess.

13th September 1998 at Cardiff Uni. Radio 1 Live was happening in Cardiff at the same time which I failed to get tickets for even though I skived off school and pushed in the queue three times. Straight after the gig I went to my local Virgin Megastore for the Manics midnight album signing if This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours. Didn't have a coat so froze my nuts off and didn't get home until 3am. Was kanckered in school the next day!

My first time seeing Embrace live was at the MEN Arena in Dec 05? Amazing gig. They even played a bit of Out of Nothing. Then my second and last time (up to now!) was at the Manchester Apollo when This New Day was released - then Embrace disappeared and therefore I think I should get to go to the secret gig ;-)

My first time seeing Embrace was at the Royal court Liverpool I can't remember the year but have seen them there a few times plus in the men and the carling academy in Manchester (I think it was called that) and also at sg15 in Sefton park.
